Assigning dayparts to menus lets you control which menu appears at specific times of the day on your POS devices. Each POS menu must have a unique daypart. Two POS menus cannot share the same daypart.

1. Log in to your Clover dashboard.

2. From the left, select Items > Menus.

3. Select a menu name to add a daypart.

4. On the Menu details tab, under Menu availability, select Edit. A list of available dayparts appears.
   Note: If a daypart is not available for selection, it is already assigned to another menu. To assign this daypart to a menu, first remove it from the other menu.  

5. Select the checkbox for the available dayparts to assign to the menu. 

6. Select Save. Once you assign dayparts to a menu, that menu automatically displays on your POS devices during the specified day and time of the daypart.

You can clear the checkbox for a daypart in the Menu availability section to remove it from the menu. For time periods without a daypart menu, the fallback menu is displayed. You can also manually change the menu displayed on your POS.
